I was commissioned by a Chinese communications enterprise in Nov 2022 to conduct in-depth Japanese market research, delivering the Japan Communications Market Research Report in Dec 2022. I also analyzed opportunities in Russia and Malaysia and connected local agent resources. In 2023, I led the company’s capital operations, including formulating a 5-year NASDAQ listing strategy, completing top-level design, and setting up an offshore structure. I organized the listing launch event, which raised RMB 5.5 million on-site, and led internal equity restructuring to recover 42.3% of early-stage equity at zero cost, helping the chairman regain full control and increasing his net worth by RMB 42.3 million. I served as the exclusive consultant for a Danish manufacturing company, supporting its full-process investment layout and market expansion in China. Our cooperation started in October 2023.
